Porsche Cars North America, Inc. (PCNA) celebra el 25 aniversario del Programa de Aprendizaje Tecnol\u00f3gico Porsche (PTAP). Desde 1999, el programa ha proporcionado formaci\u00f3n y educaci\u00f3n de alta calidad a hombres y mujeres interesados en convertirse en t\u00e9cnicos de Porsche.<\/p>\n

El curso, de 23 semanas de duraci\u00f3n, abarca desde el mantenimiento esencial hasta el diagn\u00f3stico avanzado. Gracias a la experiencia pr\u00e1ctica en el aula y en el taller, los t\u00e9cnicos dominan las particularidades del trabajo en toda la gama de modelos Porsche.<\/p>\n

\"Nuestros aprendices est\u00e1n bien versados en el servicio de alta calidad que cumple con los exigentes est\u00e1ndares de Porsche\", dijo Randy Burnsworth, Director de Formaci\u00f3n T\u00e9cnica de Posventa. \"Los t\u00e9cnicos que se grad\u00faan en nuestro programa salen seguros de tener las habilidades necesarias para sobresalir en su carrera\".<\/p>\n

El programa se origin\u00f3 en Atlanta y desde entonces se ha ampliado a otras dos sedes: Easton (Pensilvania) y Eastvale (California). A finales de 2024, m\u00e1s de mil estudiantes se habr\u00e1n graduado en el programa.<\/p>\n

Tras su graduaci\u00f3n, el PTAP ayuda a los t\u00e9cnicos a encontrar trabajo a tiempo completo en uno de los m\u00e1s de 200 Centros Porsche de Estados Unidos. La mayor\u00eda de los graduados consiguen un comienzo de carrera bien remunerado y estable en un sector con gran demanda.<\/p>\n
