El VE, llamado \"muc022\", bati\u00f3 la marca anterior de 999,5 millas en cuatro d\u00edas, pero con m\u00e1s jugo en la bater\u00eda, los estudiantes decidieron seguir adelante. El coche se detuvo dos d\u00edas despu\u00e9s, tras recorrer 1.599,27 millas en 99 horas seguidas de funcionamiento (los estudiantes durmieron en el hangar durante la carrera). El VE, que ya se hab\u00eda utilizado en competiciones anteriores, se modific\u00f3 para mejorar su aerodin\u00e1mica y reducir su peso,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tum.de\/en\/news-and-events\/all-news\/press-releases\/details\/longest-range-electric-car-in-the-world-is-from-munich\" data-t=\"{&quot;n&quot;:&quot;destination&quot;,&quot;t&quot;:13,&quot;b&quot;:1,&quot;c.t&quot;:7}\">seg\u00fan TUM<\/a>. El VE del estudiante consumi\u00f3 s\u00f3lo 0,9 kWh por cada 100 km, lo que es muy superior a los 8,3 kWh consumidos por el EQXX en la misma distancia.<\/p>\n<p>La asombrosa haza\u00f1a ha valido a TUfast Eco un lugar en los libros de r\u00e9cords. El equipo y su VE fueron reconocidos en el IAA por Guinness World Records por haber establecido el r\u00e9cord de \"Mayor distancia recorrida por un veh\u00edculo el\u00e9ctrico, con una sola carga (no solar)\".<\/p>\n<p data-t=\"{&quot;n&quot;:&quot;blueLinks&quot;}\">El equipo de la TUM es el segundo grupo de estudiantes universitarios que bate un r\u00e9cord de VE este mes.
