Porsche Cars North America, Inc. (PCNA) c\u00e9l\u00e8bre le 25e anniversaire du Porsche Technology Apprenticeship Program (PTAP). Depuis 1999, le programme offre une formation et un enseignement de haute qualit\u00e9 aux hommes et aux femmes qui souhaitent devenir techniciens Porsche.<\/p>\n

Le cours de 23 semaines couvre tous les aspects, de l'entretien essentiel aux diagnostics avanc\u00e9s. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une exp\u00e9rience pratique en classe et en atelier, les techniciens ma\u00eetrisent les sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s du travail sur l'ensemble de la gamme de mod\u00e8les Porsche.<\/p>\n

\"Nos stagiaires connaissent bien le service de haute qualit\u00e9 qui r\u00e9pond aux normes rigoureuses de Porsche \", a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Randy Burnsworth, directeur de la formation technique apr\u00e8s-vente. \"Les techniciens qui terminent notre programme repartent avec la certitude d'avoir les comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour exceller dans leur carri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n

Le programme a vu le jour \u00e0 Atlanta et s'est depuis \u00e9tendu \u00e0 deux autres sites : Easton, en Pennsylvanie, et Eastvale, en Californie. D'ici \u00e0 la fin de l'ann\u00e9e 2024, plus d'un millier d'\u00e9tudiants auront obtenu leur dipl\u00f4me.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s l'obtention du dipl\u00f4me, le PTAP aide les techniciens \u00e0 trouver un emploi \u00e0 temps plein dans l'un des quelque 200 centres Porsche aux \u00c9tats-Unis. La plupart des dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s sont en mesure de s'assurer un d\u00e9but de carri\u00e8re stable et bien r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9 dans un secteur o\u00f9 la demande est forte.<\/p>\n
