NHRA का मतलब है नेशनल हॉट रॉड एसोसिएशन। 1951 में स्थापित, इस कंपनी को मूल रूप से हॉट-रॉडर्स को सड़कों से हटाकर सुरक्षित वातावरण में लाने के साधन के रूप में बनाया गया था। आज, NHRA दुनिया की सबसे बड़ी मोटरस्पोर्ट्स स्वीकृत करने वाली संस्था है और दुनिया में ड्रैग रेसिंग का सबसे बड़ा प्रमोटर है! यह हर साल लाखों रेसिंग प्रशंसकों का मनोरंजन करता है, जिसमें पहियों पर मनोरंजन का सबसे तेज़ और सबसे शानदार रूप होता है। NHRA की प्रमुख रेसिंग सीरीज़ में हर साल 24 राष्ट्रीय चैंपियनशिप इवेंट होते हैं।

NHRA युवा एवं शिक्षा सेवा (YES) कार्यक्रम की स्थापना 1989 में की गई थी। यह मोटरस्पोर्ट्स में एकमात्र पूर्णकालिक शिक्षा कार्यक्रम है जो देश भर के स्कूलों और युवा संगठनों के लिए गुणवत्तापूर्ण कार्यक्रम और गतिविधियाँ प्रदान करता है। YES कार्यक्रम न केवल मुफ़्त है, बल्कि यह लक्ष्यों और निरंतर शिक्षा के महत्व पर ध्यान केंद्रित करता है, जबकि छात्रों को विभिन्न कैरियर अवसरों के बारे में जानने और उनका पता लगाने की अनुमति देता है। कार्यक्रम छात्रों को दिखाएगा कि STEM (विज्ञान, प्रौद्योगिकी, इंजीनियरिंग और गणित) को वास्तविक दुनिया की स्थितियों और NHRA ड्रैग रेसिंग दोनों में कैसे लागू किया जाता है, जिसे उन्हें ट्रैक पर लाइव देखने का अवसर मिलेगा!
