Prototypen, som inte har ett massivt batteripaket eller solpaneler, k\u00f6rde n\u00e4stan 1 600 mil p\u00e5 en enda laddning.<\/p>\n<p data-t=\"{&quot;n&quot;:&quot;blueLinks&quot;}\">Rekordet sattes i en tom flygplanshangar p\u00e5 M\u00fcnchens flygplats tidigare denna m\u00e5nad som en del av IAA Mobility-m\u00e4ssan. Elbilen, som kallas \"muc022\", slog det tidigare rekordet p\u00e5 999,5 mil p\u00e5 fyra dagar, men med mer juice kvar i batteriet best\u00e4mde sig studenterna f\u00f6r att forts\u00e4tta. Bilen stannade s\u00e5 sm\u00e5ningom tv\u00e5 dagar senare, efter att ha tillryggalagt 1 599,27 mil under 99 timmars drift (studenterna sov i hangaren under k\u00f6rningen). Modifieringar gjordes p\u00e5 elbilen, som hade anv\u00e4nts i tidigare t\u00e4vlingar, f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra aerodynamiken och minska vikten,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tum.de\/en\/news-and-events\/all-news\/press-releases\/details\/longest-range-electric-car-in-the-world-is-from-munich\" data-t=\"{&quot;n&quot;:&quot;destination&quot;,&quot;t&quot;:13,&quot;b&quot;:1,&quot;c.t&quot;:7}\">enligt TUM<\/a>.
