AAM Nation Launches the Worldwide Aerospace Employment Network (WWAEN) to Connect Aerospace Talent With the Future of Flight

AAM Nation announces the launch of the Worldwide Aerospace Employment Network (WWAEN), a global career and employment platform purpose-built to connect aerospace and aviation professionals with companies and opportunities across Advanced Air Mobility (AAM), Urban Air Mobility (UAM), eVTOL, UAV, UAS, RPA, autonomous aerospace, defense, aviation, and related technologies.

WWAEN was created in response to the growing demand for qualified talent throughout a rapidly evolving aerospace industry. More than a traditional job board, WWAEN is being developed as a comprehensive workforce network where professionals can discover employment opportunities, build their careers, identify education and training pathways, and connect with companies shaping the future of flight.

WWAEN.org is more than a job board—it is a global aerospace workforce network designed specifically for the evolving needs of our industry,” said Stefan Pagnani, Founder of AAM Nation. “Our mission is to connect exceptional talent with innovative companies while helping students, veterans, experienced professionals, and career changers find pathways into the aerospace and aviation careers of tomorrow.”

The platform serves professionals across a broad range of aerospace and aviation disciplines, including:

  • Students and individuals beginning careers in aerospace and aviation
  • Experienced aerospace and aviation professionals seeking new opportunities
  • Military veterans transitioning their aviation, technical, and operational experience into civilian aerospace careers
  • Professionals transitioning from adjacent industries such as software, automotive, mechanical engineering, and other technical fields
  • Pilots, aircraft maintenance technicians, avionics specialists, engineers, software professionals, UAV/UAS operators, and other aerospace specialists
  • Employers, defense contractors, startups, educational institutions, and organizations seeking qualified aerospace talent

WWAEN provides specialized career resources designed to help professionals navigate the aerospace employment landscape. Job seekers can explore opportunities by specialty, including aerospace engineering, AAM and eVTOL, aviation maintenance, UAV and UAS careers, pilot positions, aviation technology and software, flight testing, autonomy, and security-clearance opportunities.
The platform also introduces Career Bridge pathways designed to help professionals transfer existing skills into aerospace. These pathways identify how experience in fields such as software and technology, automotive, mechanical engineering, and electrification can translate into emerging opportunities in flight software, avionics, autonomy, electric propulsion, battery systems, eVTOL development, and other aerospace disciplines.
Education and workforce development are another core component of WWAEN. The platform connects individuals with aerospace and aviation education programs, training opportunities, scholarships, apprenticeships, and other resources designed to help professionals gain the skills and credentials needed to enter and advance within the industry.
WWAEN also maintains a dedicated focus on military veterans. Through veteran employment resources, SkillBridge opportunities, education benefits, veteran-friendly employers, and career-transition programs, WWAEN aims to help service members translate their military aviation and technical experience into rewarding civilian aerospace careers.
For employers, WWAEN provides targeted recruiting and workforce solutions designed specifically for the aerospace community. Employers can promote open positions, connect with specialized talent pools, strengthen their employer brand, and reach professionals across AAM, UAM, eVTOL, UAV, UAS, defense, autonomous systems, rotorcraft, space, aviation maintenance, and other aerospace sectors.

Employers and job seekers can also benefit from WWAEN’s growing network of aerospace and aviation career events and job fairs, providing opportunities for professionals and hiring organizations to connect directly.
In addition to its employment and workforce-development initiatives, WWAEN is developing the Worldwide Aerospace Employment Foundation (WWAEF), the nonprofit arm of the network. The Foundation is focused on helping remove barriers to aerospace careers through scholarships, apprenticeship support, and veteran career-transition assistance.

WWAEN is also expanding its media and industry outreach through the Worldwide Aerospace Employment Network Podcast, providing employment updates, featured opportunities, career events, employer information, and industry insights to the global aerospace community.

“Our vision is to build an ecosystem around aerospace employment—not simply another place to post and find jobs,” said Pagnani. “The aerospace industry is entering a period of tremendous growth and transformation. WWAEN is being built to help ensure that the talent, education, training, employers, and resources needed for that transformation can connect in one place.”

WWAEN’s long-term goals include expanding its global network of aerospace employers and professionals, growing job listings and career resources, supporting workforce development, and reaching professionals across North America, Europe, Asia, and markets around the world.

As AAM, UAM, eVTOL, autonomous aviation, unmanned systems, defense technologies, and next-generation aerospace continue to expand, the Worldwide Aerospace Employment Network aims to become a leading global resource for aerospace careers, workforce development, talent acquisition, and professional advancement.

Job seekers, employers, educational organizations, and aerospace industry partners are invited to explore the network and participate in its growing community.
